Over the course of 2½ weeks, our team completed an extensive exterior restoration and repaint, focusing on exceptional craftsmanship, premium materials, and long-lasting protection.

For the brick, we applied Sherwin-Williams Loxon, a premium masonry coating specifically designed to protect brick and masonry while providing outstanding durability, breathability, and long-lasting color retention.

The iron handrails were carefully sanded and properly prepared before being coated with Sherwin-Williams Direct to Metal (DTM). Using the correct coating system for metal surfaces helps provide superior adhesion, corrosion resistance, and a durable finish that stands up to the elements for years to come.

The front entry door received special attention as we carefully sanded, prepared, and applied a professional-grade varnish system to restore the natural beauty of the wood while protecting it from the elements.
